About Larry:

I'm the Real Estate Broker and Owner of LMB Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA. I live in Costa Mesa, and
grew up in Costa Mesa since the age of two. I attended college at Pepperdine University, graduating
in 2002 with a degree in Business Administration. My first job out of college was working with a company
specializing in selling residential income property in Orange County. I then worked in the mortgage industry
and started my own mortgage company in 2005. I closed down that mortgage company at the end of 2007
when the credit crunch took place in the financial world. Since then, I have been running LMB Enterprises,
specializing in working with Real Estate Buyers and Sellers.
